This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, in-room air conditioning, and helpful staff! They assisted me with shopping spots on my first visit, which was memorable. I can't wait to return for New Year.

My room was on the lower floor, and the gloomy atmosphere was due to its location under the front stairs, making it dark without continuous overhead lighting. The furnishings felt outdated, with worn carpets and markings that suggested they hadn’t seen a vacuum in years. the hot tap on the sink had a surprising amount of play, a bit wobbly, and the lack of sockets near the bedside left me scrambling to charge devices. The bathroom could use some serious attention. black mould was noticeable and detracted from the overall experience.

Charming Stay with Great Value!
Our weekend getaway was delightful! The staff's attentiveness made us feel welcomed. Our room was cozy and impeccably clean. Although the décor felt a bit vintage, the atmosphere was inviting. Pro tip, try the breakfast for a tasty start to your day! Definitely looking forward to returning.

This was just an optimal selection for a short weekend trip in Glasgow with good value for cost. The staff at reception were very welcoming and let me check in early, which was a nice surprise. Consider using public transport as the bus stop is right outside.
